Our launch Trash Route is $89 per month per property. We also offer Trash + Exterior for $119/month and Property Health for $169/month. On-demand tasks like damage verification, vendor access, guest issue visits, and storm checks are quoted before booking. Beta hosts may receive founder pricing.

Every task photo is captured through our in-app camera with embedded GPS coordinates, server timestamp, and SHA-256 image hash. We verify the agent was within 100 meters of your property and that the image has not been modified. You receive a professional proof report with all verification details.
